Reiji Kotobuki: Check it out! This artificial crystal is themed after me, and sports a snazzy original color!

Reiji Kotobuki: It's called the Viridian Crystal! I had the privilege of viewing a sample, and the deep green tone screams sophistication.

Reiji Kotobuki: There's also a concert costume in the works which incorporates the crystal.

Reiji Kotobuki: So let me light up your smiles with the gorgeous gleam of the Viridian Crystal!

Reiji Kotobuki: For this video series, we'll be giving you a look at what goes on behind the scenes, all the way up to the day of the concert!

Reiji Kotobuki: Playing the part of my wonderful navigator is none other than QUARTET NIGHT member Ai Mikaze, or as I fondly call him, Ai-Ai!

Ai Mikaze: Thank you for the introduction. You know, it's strange to hear you call me by my actual name.

Reiji Kotobuki: Bit of a change of pace, eh? How about we go one step further? For the duration of this project, I'll call you anything you want!

Ai Mikaze: Anything? How about...Navigator Mikaze?

Reiji Kotobuki: Whoa, Ai-Ai. Talk about a mouthful!

Ai Mikaze: Okay, why don't you choose something that is easier for you to say?

Reiji Kotobuki: Gladly! Let's see... There's Ai-cchi, Ai-pyon, Mika-chan...

Reiji Kotobuki: Nah. You know who you are, Ai-Ai? Yup! Ai-Ai. I can't think of a more natural name.

Ai Mikaze: So, despite making the suggestion yourself, nothing has changed? Well... Whatever. You are the star of this project.

Reiji Kotobuki: Let's discuss the project flow a little.

Reiji Kotobuki: We'll be on camera constantly until the concert is over, but try to remain natural, Ai-Ai.

Ai Mikaze: Natural? I think your shoulders are a lot more tense than mine.

Reiji Kotobuki: Hey, folks! Today, we'll be taking snaps for the concert pamphlet!

Reiji Kotobuki: Our theme for the shoot is "Multi-Faceted Magnetism"! Behold the many magnificent sides of Reiji Kotobuki! And I brought a massive wardrobe for the job!

Reiji Kotobuki: Let's start off with a regular shot, okay? Posing, and... Go!

Reiji Kotobuki: Next, let's get some snaps of me and Ai-Ai together. And a one, and a two...!

Ai Mikaze: You're really into this, Reiji.

Reiji Kotobuki: Of course I am! This is a collaboration, so a lot Personal Dream fans are gonna be seeing us for the first time.

Reiji Kotobuki: Of course, QUARTET NIGHT fans are gonna be there too. But it's our job to please both crowds, you know?

Ai Mikaze: True. Meaning my job as navigator also comes with great responsibility.

Reiji Kotobuki: That's the spirit! Now bring it in shoulder-to-shoulder for another photo!

Ai Mikaze: Fine, but please don't smother me. It's hot enough as it is.

Reiji Kotobuki: Feast your eyes on the costume featuring the Viridian Crystal, themed after me, of course!

Reiji Kotobuki: Personal Dream is a brand that accentuates one's natural charms.

Reiji Kotobuki: Ai-Ai's suit is made for his navigator role, but on the Lavender Stage, he'll be the star. I can't wait to see his costume!

Ai Mikaze: I think my Lavender Crystal will also turn out beautifully. But enough about me. We are documenting you now, Reiji.

Reiji Kotobuki: It's great we all get to put our own sparkle into this. Very QUARTET NIGHT, don't you think? Brings a tear to my eye!

Tokiya Ichinose: Tokiya Ichinose here. Let's get a closer look at both Reiji and the amazing Viridian Crystal, shall we?

Reiji Kotobuki: Hey there, Otoyan, Tokki! I'm an open book, so fire away!

Otoya Ittoki: You got it! So, is this your get-up for the solo show? Awesome! Look at it shine!

Tokiya Ichinose: The crystal's sophisticated hue is sure to make an impression on stage.

Reiji Kotobuki: The Viridian Crystal shifts between a sharp green and subdued viridian depending on the lighting. Cool, huh?

Reiji Kotobuki: I think that's a lot like what people are looking for in my own idol persona.

Otoya Ittoki: Wow, Reiji. That's some deep stuff!

Reiji Kotobuki: Heheh. Gotta act my age at least some of the time, eh?

Ai Mikaze: That little speech would have been much better without your last sentence.

Tokiya Ichinose: Agreed. But I suppose that's what makes Reiji Reiji!

Otoya Ittoki: Moving on, some questions for Ai! Is it tough being Reiji's navigator?

Ai Mikaze: No job is without its complications. Though, an analysis comparing this experience to that of teaming up with Ranmaru or Camus could be interesting.

Reiji Kotobuki: I place my full trust in Ai-Ai. I can't tell you how great it is to have a friend with similar goals.

Tokiya Ichinose: How does one stay comfortably detached when dealing with someone with Reiji's energy?

Ai Mikaze: There is no trick to it, really. I suppose you just get used to it.

Otoya Ittoki: Wow, that simple? In that case, Tokiya would make a swell navigator for me.

Reiji Kotobuki: Ooh, then I'll be Tokki's navigator! You can count on me to work miracles!

Tokiya Ichinose: I have a bad feeling about both propositions.

Ai Mikaze: Though both would be highly entertaining.

Reiji Kotobuki: There's nothing more I want than to work with you guys on all sorts of projects. But first, look forward to my solo performance!

Reiji Kotobuki: Look, Ai-Ai! Otoyan and Tokki got us doughnuts!

Reiji Kotobuki: Maybe I should get you to take a photo of me holding a doughnut.

Ai Mikaze: We are on break, so a natural shot is more fitting, I think.

Reiji Kotobuki: Okay, check this. Cinnamon sugar in my right hand, strawberry chocolate in my left. How do I look?

Ai Mikaze: The doughnuts look very delicious. I'm not sure what else to comment on.

Reiji Kotobuki: How about me, the one in the middle?! Argh, your habit of ignoring me is reaching record heights, Ai-Ai!

Ai Mikaze: Apparently not. The winning entry was to see how the famous Kotobuki Bento karaage chicken is made. By a wide margin, I might add.

Reiji Kotobuki: A...wide margin? W-Well, if that's what the fans want, I am obligated to deliver!

Reiji Kotobuki: To be honest, I had a feeling this was coming when I saw the chef's apron and the kitchen studio. Anyway, let's get cooking!

Reiji Kotobuki: And that's how you fry up some juicy, piping-hot karaage! The secret seasoning is closely guarded, but you're welcome to come by the store for a bite anytime!
