Otoyarsène Lupin (a.k.a. Ittoki) by Otoya Ittoki
A gentleman thief whose thefts of the "Shining Series" artifacts have been causing great alarm. He targets treasures held by corrupt wealthy collectors and art galleries and returns them to the poor and to orphans. He poses as a florist during the day and goes by the name "Ittoki".
Paul Cecíl Aijima by Cecil Aijima

Otoyarsène's partner in crime, Cecíl's ability to control magic born of music and Otoyarsène's songs constantly confounds the two's pursuers. His alter ego is Aijima, a shop assistant at a florist.

Masa: Hello, Tokilock. You seem rather bored. Have you finished perusing today's paper? Tokilock: I'm afraid so. No stories worth noting. I wish the next customer would knock on the door and save me from this monotony. Masa: Here's an idea! Give yourself a break and take the dog out for a walk. I'm sure he'd love an outing with you. Masa: Things may seem dull now, but cases have left you burning the candle at both ends lately. You aren't eating well. Why don't I prepare some supper? Tokilock: Now, now! Don't pull on the leash! A famous detective who has solved a number of high-profile cases, Tokilock always displays the perfect reasoning that his reputation and achievements are built upon. Fate has brought him and the thief Otoyarsène Lupin together on a number of occasions, but Tokilock has yet to capture his adversary.
John H. Masa by Masato Hijirikawa

Tokilock's assistant, Masa is also an author who publishes books based on Tokilock's exploits. He usually attends crime scenes with Tokilock and sometimes aids the police in their inquiries. He dotes upon his younger sister.

Tokilock: Heh heh. You too have keen powers of observation. But now that I have you, there's something I've been meaning to ask you. Tokilock: It's about our local rabble-rousing thief, Otoyarsène. Aside from the theatrics, his heists have another trademark known only to those at the crime scene. Tokilock: The thief always smells of flowers, or so they say. Perhaps you can provide a little insight, being a florist yourself. Ittoki: Hmmm... Sorry, I can't help you much there. But if I spot someone suspicious, you'll be the first to know. Ittoki: Hmm? What's wrong, boy? Are you hungry or something? Tokilock: Very well. I know you are an upstanding citizen. I will await your call. Well, the sun is setting... I'd better take my leave. Ittoki: ............ Cecíl: Otoyarsène? Otoyarsène! What's the matter? You seem lost in a daze. It's never good to let your guard down. Otoyarsène: Oh, sorry! I was thinking about something else. Story Summary

Lord Darkmoon's loyal subordinate, Oto joined Lord Darkmoon's organization after he saved him. He infiltrates the Hero Lab to gather information for Lord Darkmoon, and he is ready to risk his life to protect his master.

Story Summary

Syo idolizes Ren and considers himself Ren's self-appointed henchman. Though he believes he wants to protect the weak and calls himself "Big Jaguar Syo", he often gets into trouble and is called "Milky Bunny Rabbit".

Wandering Soul Blues

Natsuki Seinomiya: The student council president has been acting odd! Would you boys happen to know anything? Syo Kurunomiya: Geez, you had to interrupt my lunch for that? Why should I care what the prez gets up to in his free time? Ren Jinnomikado: If anyone's supposed to be up to speed on the prez, it'd be you. So why are you asking us? Natsuki Seinomiya: You know, my gut tells me that you and Masa are pretty buddy-buddy. Are you sure you don't know anything? Natsuki Seinomiya: Well, it sure is a puzzle. Head of the Shining Academy disciplinary committee, Natsuki works with and supports the Student Council President. Though he is usually a kind and affable guy, he is very strict towards any students who break the rules. He can be seen in front of the school gate every morning checking up on whether students are observing the school code of conduct.

The Confused Soloist

Masato Seinomikado: Today took longer than expected. But if that's what it takes to get the new stuff, that's time I can spare. Ren Jinnomikado: Mr. President. What a coincidence! Masato Seinomikado: Ren! It's rare to see you at school around this time. Ren Jinnomikado: Is it? I am enrolled here. But enough about me. Seinomiya's worried about you. He said you keep running off around this time every day. What's up with that? Masato Seinomikado: Oh? My apologies. I didn't mean to cause alarm. Ren Jinnomikado: Which is why I told him that the bag you're trying to hide is reserved for bulk purchases from the cafeteria. Masato Seinomikado: I-I can explain! You see, we've been getting requests from students who want a wider selection of items. Masato Seinomikado: So I set out to do some research to find out which items are most in demand. April Fools' in the Green Room

Story Summary

Reiji, Ranmaru, Ai, and Camus from QUARTET NIGHT team up with jewelry company Personal Dream for a series of promotional events including solo live shows, music videos, and the creation of a series of synthetic quartz crystals inspired by each of the boys. Each solo performance also features another group member in the supporting "Navigator" role.

Reiji Kotobuki: This gig wasn't in the pipeline to begin with, but everyone loved the project so much, it just came together. That's something to be thankful for. Reiji Kotobuki: I got to be in the audience for Ran-Ran and Myu's sets. Speaking of which, where are they at? They're late. Ai Mikaze: A staff member asked to speak to them a moment ago. Ranmaru Kurosaki: Oi, Reiji! Word is you ate my share of the snack tray. Any truth to that?! Reiji Kotobuki: Whaaat? You gotta be kidding me! Someone set me up, Ran-Ran, I swear! Camus: Hmph. To think anyone would fall for such transparent deceit. It speaks much to your own shallow faculties, commoner. Ranmaru Kurosaki: Wait... Don't tell me YOU ate my snacks! I better warn you, bud, I hold grudges when it comes to food! Camus: I just arrived in the green room. I was unaware there even were refreshments. Rather than venting your spleen at me, you should curse your own grumbling stomach. Reiji Kotobuki: Erm... Myu? What the heck is going on?

Camus: Today is April 1st. Though I did not go out of my way to prepare a stunt, it certainly proved an amusing way to pass the time. Ai Mikaze: April Fool's day. Though I never understood the benefit of telling untruths, I believe I now understand why today is an exception. Ranmaru Kurosaki: Tch... What a royal waste of energy. I need me some calories. Ai Mikaze: Funny you should say that. I have something for you from the last filming site I went to. Here you go, Ranmaru. Ranmaru Kurosaki: Is it food? It better be... Ai Mikaze: This is a local delicacy, sold only in that area. It is said to be extremely delicious to all. Ranmaru Kurosaki: Ai... Are you trying to lie? Ai Mikaze: Yes. But only the last statement was false. It is indeed a regional specialty, but it has...an acquired taste. I was curious how you would react. Ai Mikaze: The packaging looks fairly normal. And there were no changes in my vocal tone or body language. How did you realize I was tricking you? Ranmaru Kurosaki: It was obvious from the get-go, man... Camus: Peculiar taste or no, a treat is still a treat. If you will not partake of it, allow me. Ranmaru Kurosaki: I ain't giving you squat. And I'm NOT lying about that!

Reiji Kotobuki: Sheesh. Can't we all just get along, guys? If everyone's that famished, I've got something yummy right here. Reiji Kotobuki: It turns out those coveted morsels the ST★RISH gang got for us were in my safekeeping this whole time! The truth never tasted so good! Let's dig in! Ranmaru, Ai, Camus: ............ Reiji Kotobuki: Is something wrong? Ranmaru Kurosaki: If it were any other day, I'd be the first to stuff my face. But this is Reiji. The guy's a variety show master. There could be something up with that food... Camus: This man has more cunning than his winsome exterior would suggest. I must not wander blindly into this, no matter what confections he tempts me with. Ai Mikaze: No perspiration. Heart rate normal. Suspicious gestures: zero. If he were lying, surely there would be some visible deviation from the norm... Reiji Kotobuki: My own friends, doubting me?! Say it ain't so! This pure boy's heart contains no lies! Believe me! Trust me! Ai Mikaze: Okay, NOW you must be acting weird on purpose. Reiji Kotobuki: Oh, Ai-Ai, you wound me!

Reiji Kotobuki: Hey, look at the time. Break's almost over! Guess we can dig into these babies later. But right now... Reiji Kotobuki: Let's focus on the long-awaited group gig! The culmination of this cross-promo series! Time to nail this rehearsal and pull off the show of our lives! Ai Mikaze: That goes without saying. I am always ready to give my absolute best for the fans. Ai Mikaze: We have seen our individual approaches in the solo editions. Now it is time to band together and reach the fans' hearts with an all-new jewel. Camus: But one thing remains the same. Our performance must be as radiant as the jewel it represents. A dip in quality from anyone will not be tolerated. Ranmaru Kurosaki: You can't force group harmony. Plus, the crowd'll catch on. I say we do it like we always do. Just give it your best shot, guys.
